Aspects of business focus
The Nashakele business focus is deceptively simple, to give their clients the edge for maximum profitability in a competitive market by forging international liaisons with the most innovative, reliable and cost effective manufacturers abroad – and to support these products locally with the best available local expertise, a dash of sensitivity and genuine concern for the welfare of their clients, the extended Nashakele family.
a. Digital Textile Printing Equipment and Supplies
The first to recognise and identify emerging opportunities for dye sublimation applications in Africa, Nashakele Graphics (Pty) Ltd have researched and incorporated the best in dye sublimation inks, large format printers and rotary heat transfer presses. These are a combination of the most highly trusted and powerful dye sublimation brands in the world. Our technical expertise in the field as well as our absolute commitment to the success of our clients’ businesses makes us one of the most trusted suppliers in what has become a very competitive market. Many have followed and many have failed. As the pioneers and trendsetters in dye sublimation in Africa, important relationships have been forged between Nashakele Graphics and other globally renowned brands such as Mimaki, Agfa, Mutoh, Hewlett Packard, Colorspan and Encad. Distribution channels have now been established for these and top brand dye sublimation inks throughout Africa.
b. Full Solvent Large Format Printers
Nashakele Graphics secured the African distribution rights for the Challenger range of digital outdoor full solvent printers in August 2004. This brand compliments the Nashakele philosophy of good quality at affordable prices very well. The brand is rapidly becoming recognised as one of the top selling brands of digital outdoor printers in Southern Africa. A strong relationship with our international partner is key and in the interests of providing our local customers with the best possible back-up service and support, our senior technical staff has been sent abroad and trained onsite at the manufacturer’s plant. Challenger is proving to be a force to be reckoned with in the South African market and Nashakele Graphics is proud to include them in our stable of top international brands
c. Routers / Engravers
|
Nashakele Graphics is proud to present the new NashCam range of CNC routers. Our manufacturer boasts successful sales and service centers across the globe including U.S.A., Canada, Argentina, Russia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany and Italy. They have made available to the South African market a host of CNC router and laser engraver models to suit every industry and application. This range has been chosen as the new Nashakele flagship router brand after a careful investigation and selection process by Ken Bezuidenhout. He is a highly respected industry specialist with 40 years of machining experience as a qualified artisan since 1978 and as one of the first local CNC router users, was part of the pioneering team that developed the first South African desktop computer aided machining software. The Nashakele brand has always stood for quality and service at a reasonable price. Suppliers are constantly measured against the highest ethical and performance standards, eliminating those that don’t make the grade from the Nashakele range. However this process does not affect our ongoing commitment to our existing client base. Evaluations are made onsite at the premises of manufacturers abroad and technical staff is regularly sent across for onsite training at the factories. It is after all impossible for quality and performance to be reliably ascertained through a mere internet-based supplier / distributor relationship! |
d. Technical Service Delivery
We run one of the most highly trained tech-teams in the country. Currently we run technical service centres in Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth. Our technical staff gets sent to the manufacturer’s plants in China and Korea regularly for their training to be updated onsite by the design engineers. This gives them greater insight and assists enormously with trouble shooting. All our products have sales warranties for the first year and we pledge to have assistance onsite within 3 working days anywhere in the country should a client require it. After all, Nashakele profits by the success of our customers. Our good reputation is exceedingly important to us. To this end we train our distributor’s technical teams thoroughly as part of the distribution agreement, and leave channels well open for inter organizational communication for trouble shooting and assistance. If necessary we will send one of our own technicians out to assist a distributor’s client.
